Rosemary Barrow

A former nerd and voted Most Dependable by her high school senior class, Rosemary Barrow, a.k.a “Foshie,” (or, Ro, for simplicity’s sake) is a true champion of change and adventure. Her dedication and work ethic recognized her for Outstanding Major of the Year in Exercise Science her senior year in college. These skills and traits combined, along with her genuine interest in people, have led her to build an understanding of what it means to be fit – body, mind and spirit.

Her experience training throughout the nation has helped develop her in-depth knowledge of training modalities including corrective exercise, functional training, strength and conditioning, weight loss, body composition and sports performance. Your health is in good hands, as Rosemary knows it isn’t the way you move, it’s the way you use movement to better your life.

When Rosemary isn’t helping others you can catch her reading, exploring outdoors with her dog, Lila, practicing art, or writing and blogging.

Inspired by others and their stories, she is best known for her ability to befriend 99% of people she has the honor of meeting.
